Garantias por defecto de fabricacion en bmx
GENERAL WARRANTY
All others KHEbikes products come with a warranty against defect in workmanship over the standard 90-day period. A defect in workmanship is a problem that should have been caught by quality control but wasn’t. Basically, it is any part of the manufacturing process that was completed incorrectly or missed. Ideally such problems should be found prior to using the item or while riding during the first days. It is in the first 90 days that manufacturing defects must be found for a free replacement. If a problem is found after the first 90 days, KHEbikes will still consider each case individually
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you encounter any problems with a KHEbikes product, stop riding immediately and do not try to fix anything by yourself. Any further damage done to the product in an attempt to “fix” the problem will not be covered by the warranty.
Claims under this warranty are to be made through an official KHEbikes dealer. Take the part back to the initial place of purchase or check our website (www.khebikes.com) for a list of dealers.
For further information, feel free to contact our warranty department directly at info@khebikes.com
After the case has been discussed, the product must be returned to KHEbikes via an official dealer and distributor in order to allow inspection. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proper proof of purchase and a return address. The original owner is responsible for shipping charges associated with getting the product in question to KHEbikes for review. After receiving the item, our specialists will analyse the options available to you and contact you regarding your replacement or payment choices. In all cases, we will ship the new product back to you at no additional cost.
If you encounter any problems with a KHEbikes product, you contact our warranty department at info@khebikes.com. We will do our best to help you.
Ojo cada marce tiene su politica de garantias aunque son muy similares
Os recomiendo si es reciente la compra, teneis algun problema con alguna pieza de bmx o bici ir a la tienda que os las vendio y preguntar.
Si no consultar la paguina oficil de la marca y leer.
Ojo las bicis no son indestructibles y menos en bmx , no son bicis de paseo ni mtb . Cuanto mas golpes y torsiones le deis menos duran. Todo depende del como se usen y cuanto.
